Your appointments are very important to the team members of Blue Willow Day Spa, our time is reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are unavoidable; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Given the current times and in order for Blue Willow to operate with optimum staff, the fees addressed herein apply to any and all reasons for change or cancellation within the 24 hour window. This includes but is not limited to sickness, covid, family emergencies, other appointments, waking up feeling unwell, etc. While we do appreciate you staying home when feeling under the weather, the income of our staff is protected by these charges and this policy will be enforced regardless. We do understand enforcement of this policy may be met with negativity, however it is the only way to ensure the security and future of Blue Willow and our staff.

Credit card details are required to book all appointments.

Less than 24 hour notice of change or cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.


“No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  


Should I require any correction to the service performed today, I consent that I am obligated to contact the salon within 48 hours of this appointment to report any issues and schedule a return appointment for correction. Any corrections after one week are considered a new service and will be charged in full.


As a courtesy, we will e-mail or text and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any cancellation fees.


You can now book all of your favorite spa services online! Please note - online booking does require a credit card to secure your appointment. No payment is taken at time of booking. You may use your credit card or any other payment method to pay for your appointment upon checkout.

Hair services must be booked by calling the salon at 484-964-4134.


If you are interested in booking 4+ people to visit the spa or salon together, please submit an inquiry via email at or using the message box below. Group bookings are processed via management and require the following:​

  • Contact details for each person booked for a service

  • 50% deposit at confirmation of booking

  • Cancellation no later than 7 days prior to group appointments. If an entire group cancels after this 7 day time period, the deposit is forfeited. Any bookings cancelled before the 7 day window will receive a full refund of the deposit.


We do not allow children 12 or under in the salon and spa for services.

Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present in the treatment room if they are receiving a facial or massage. 


When booking a treatment such as a facial or massage, you will receive an email a few days prior with a consultation and medical history form to be completed. This ensures that your technician can provide a safe, effective treatment tailored specifically to you. If you do not receive your forms via email, or if you do not complete the forms you received before your appointment, you will be asked to complete them upon arrival at the spa. We always recommend you arrive 15 minutes early to any appointment, especially if you need to complete paperwork, to ensure that you can make the best use of your time in the treatment room.

Out of respect for other clients, please refrain from bringing children under the age of 12 to the spa.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes early to your appointment to allow time to complete any forms, ask the staff any questions, and get settled in to your treatment room.

We do not accept tips on card. We accept cash, personal check, or Venmo. We apologize for any inconvenience.
